What You’ll Be Doing

As Marketing and Events Manager, you will:

Lead the planning, production, and delivery of all C&M events, from concept to post-event reporting
Manage the annual events calendar, ensuring a diverse and engaging mix of experiences
Support the rollout of campaigns, partnerships, and product launches
Be the point of contact for inbound event enquiries and club bookings
Collaborate with internal teams to integrate events with brand campaigns, content, and partnerships
Handle supplier and partner relationships, including sourcing, contracting, and managing external vendors
Oversee event logistics, including budgets, permits, staffing, set-up, and health & safety
Work with marketing and social teams to amplify events through digital storytelling and communications
Ensure every event reflects the C&M ethos—inclusive, creative, beautifully executed, and rooted in genuine passion
Evaluate event success using feedback, metrics, and insights to inform continuous improvement

Who We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate will:

Live within easy reach of the three C&M sites (role is fully remote but site access is important)
Have drive and initiative, able to take direction and get things done independently
Have an interest in cars (experience will grow your passion!)
Possess excellent communication skills across multiple channels and stakeholders
See the bigger picture, understanding how all elements of events and marketing campaigns connect
Have experience in marketing and events within leisure, entertainment, or hospitality sectors
