What You’ll Do

As a Retail Associate at Michaels, your role will be dynamic and hands-on. Responsibilities include:

  • Participating in truck unloading, stocking, and planogram (POG) setup

  • Ensuring the store remains well-merchandised and in-stock

  • Assisting with Omni channel processes such as Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS)

  • Promoting Michaels’ Rewards Program and Private Label Credit Cards

  • Supporting safety and shrink programs while adhering to standard operating procedures

  • Loading and unloading merchandise

Work Environment & Physical Requirements
