As a Room Attendant, you will be responsible for maintaining clean and comfortable guest rooms and public spaces while following hotel standards and safety guidelines. Your work directly supports guest satisfaction by ensuring a welcoming and sanitary environment.

Key Responsibilities

Clean guest rooms, hallways, restrooms, lobbies, lounges, and corridors
Vacuum carpets and clean upholstered furniture and draperies
Empty trash and transport waste to designated areas
Dust and polish furniture, fixtures, and equipment
Replenish linens, towels, toiletries, and room amenities
Keep housekeeping carts and storage areas organized and stocked
Use approved cleaning products and follow all safety protocols
Disinfect surfaces and equipment using germicides
Sort and properly store clean linens
Report lost items or property damage to supervisors
Complete assigned rooms daily according to hotel standards

Required Skills & Qualifications

Previous housekeeping experience is preferred but not required
Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
Ability to manage time effectively and meet daily targets
Capacity to work independently with minimal supervision
Basic communication skills for professional interaction with guests and team members
