The Role: Marketing Analyst (Remote-Friendly)

As a Marketing Analyst, you won’t just crunch numbers—you’ll transform data into actionable insights that drive media strategy and performance. This full-time role works closely with the Paid Media team, providing measurement, reporting, attribution insights, and strategic support for media planning.

What You’ll Do:

Media & Performance Analysis

  • Collect, clean, and analyze data from paid media and digital platforms.

  • Evaluate campaign performance to identify trends, ROI drivers, and optimization opportunities.

  • Support marketing attribution efforts and conversion path analysis.

  • Monitor key KPIs like ROAS, CAC, CTR, CVR, impression volume, and spend pacing.

  • Assist in forecasting performance scenarios and assessing investment impacts.

Reporting & Insights

  • Build and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and reports for marketing stakeholders.

  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all reports and visualizations.

  • Communicate findings effectively through data storytelling and presentations.

  • Contribute insights to elevate team understanding and strategic decision-making.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work with the Paid Media team to understand data needs.

  • Support media planning initiatives with actionable insights.

  • Participate in knowledge-sharing and internal training efforts.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in data analytics, marketing analytics, statistics, business, or a related field.

  • 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing or media analytics.

  • Strong analytical thinking with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

  • Familiarity with SQL for data extraction and Power BI for dashboard creation.

  • Understanding of paid media channels (search, social, display, video, affiliate).

  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

  • Collaborative mindset for cross-functional teamwork.
