What You’ll Be Doing

As our Marketing Specialist, your responsibilities will include:

Creating, managing, and optimising Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns
Supporting Google Ads campaigns (experience preferred, not required)
Designing marketing graphics with Canva
Creating and editing short marketing videos
Building and updating websites or landing pages using simple no-code tools
Managing leads and campaigns through CRM systems
Monitoring ad performance and assisting with campaign optimisation
Supporting overall marketing strategy and activities

What We’re Looking For

To thrive in this role, you should have:

Proven experience running Meta ads
General digital marketing knowledge
Comfort using Canva for basic graphic design
Basic video editing skills
Experience with simple website builders or no-code platforms
Familiarity with CRM systems
An organised, proactive, and reliable approach to work

Nice-to-Have Skills:

Google Ads experience
Sales or business development experience

What We Offer

Pay: £15–£20 per hour
Job Type: Part-time, zero hours contract
Expected Hours: 4–8 per week (with potential growth)
