This role reports to the Customer Service Manager and focuses on event-day operational support and employee coordination.
Key Responsibilities
In this position, you’ll help ensure smooth event operations by supporting staff and maintaining organized workflows:

Assist employees with clocking in and out

Direct staff, temporary workers, and nonprofit organizations to assigned locations

Launder, organize, distribute, and collect uniforms

Set up and break down check-in areas, employee meal stations, and support spaces

Ensure associates follow safety protocols

Provide positive guest service through professional communication and body language

Support additional operational tasks as assigned

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years old

Ability to obtain California Food Handler Certification

Ability to obtain RBS (alcohol) Certification

Experience or interest in guest services and customer service

Strong listening skills and ability to follow supervisor direction
