The Role: Contract Recruiter (Hybrid)

As a Contract Recruiter, you’ll manage full-cycle, high-volume recruitment for Wayfair’s North American Supply Chain. This hybrid role requires onsite work two days per week, with standard business hours, Monday through Friday. Locations include McDonough, Port Wentworth, Cranbury, or Romeoville.

You’ll act as a strategic partner for hiring managers, guiding candidates through the recruitment process and ensuring an outstanding candidate experience.

What You’ll Do

Full-Cycle Recruitment & Candidate Experience

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for front-line roles in Wayfair’s NA Supply Chain.

  • Source candidates through online platforms, social networks, referrals, and networking events.

  • Guide candidates through pre-qualification, interviews, and offer processes.

  • Ensure timely communication, interviewer preparedness, and an impressive candidate experience.

Stakeholder & Relationship Management

  • Build trust and credibility with candidates, hiring managers, and cross-functional partners.

  • Operate collaboratively across teams to drive recruiting results while maintaining a culture of continuous improvement.

  • Use data and metrics to guide decision-making and improve recruitment processes.

Operational Excellence & Growth

  • Organize recruitment efforts with attention to detail and prioritize competing demands.

  • Identify opportunities to optimize hiring processes and improve candidate engagement.

  • Partner with colleagues to share best practices and support organizational growth.

Skills & Qualifications

  • 1+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably in high-volume environments.

  • Strong relationship management and stakeholder-building skills.

  • Ability to prioritize, organize, and perform in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and processes.
