The Role: Technical Sales Specialist (Remote, EU/UK)

As a Technical Sales Specialist, you will lead all technical sales aspects of Cintoo solutions, acting as a trusted advisor for prospects and customers. You’ll uncover business challenges, propose innovative solutions, and drive technical closure, supporting the growth of Cintoo’s business in your region.

This is a fully remote position, open to professionals across the EU and UK, with opportunities to interact with global teams and industry events.

What You’ll Do

Account Planning & Solution Strategy

Develop technical account plans in partnership with Strategic Account Sales Executives and Channel Partners.
Execute strategies to ensure technical alignment with sales goals.
Conduct in-depth technical discovery to understand customer business issues and workflows.

Customer Relationship & Technical Advisory

Build “trusted advisor” relationships with customers, providing guidance on workflows, processes, and technology.
Present Cintoo solutions in a way that demonstrates clear ROI and business value.
Maintain expertise in industry standards, workflows, and competitive solutions.

Collaboration & Industry Engagement

Work with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to support customer needs.
Mentor channel partners on technical sales initiatives.
Participate in industry communities, webinars, and trade shows to promote Cintoo’s solutions.

Social Selling & Thought Leadership

Actively engage in online forums, blogs, and social media to evangelize Cintoo solutions.
Share industry insights and technical best practices to enhance customer adoption.

Skills & Qualifications

3+ years of experience in laser scanning or reality capture in AEC or manufacturing industries.
Knowledge of Navisworks, Revit, Autodesk Inventor/Fusion, and reality capture hardware/software like Leica or Faro.
Understanding of project workflows: Plan, Design, Build, Manage lifecycle.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to present confidently to both executive and technical audiences.
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction, or related field preferred.
Professional registration and industry accreditation (P.E., LEED AP, AIA) a plus.
