The Role: Junior Account Manager (Work-from-Home)
As a Junior Account Manager, you’ll be the strategic lead for your client accounts, guiding social media campaigns from onboarding through renewal. You’ll ensure that clients achieve their goals while building strong relationships and providing insightful guidance.
This role is full-time and remote, with occasional travel (1–3 times per month) to client sites.
What You’ll Do
Client Strategy & Relationship Management

Own and manage client accounts end-to-end, representing Casual Fridays with professionalism and creativity.

Lead client discovery and onboarding, establishing goals, success metrics, and expectations.

Guide clients in both organic and paid social strategies, including managing paid advertising campaigns.
Social Media & Content Leadership

Develop and oversee social media strategies aligned with client business objectives.

Amplify client goals through engaging content and paid social campaigns.

Translate social media performance data into actionable insights and recommendations.
Collaboration & Project Management

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure deliverables align with strategy.

Lead client calls, set agendas, and provide ongoing strategic guidance.

Spot opportunities for account growth, upselling, and creative solutions.
Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, Journalism, or related fields.

1–2 years of agency experience managing multiple client accounts.

Strong experience in Zoom calls, phone communication, and client presentations.

Social media marketing knowledge (organic and paid), including performance analytics.

Creative skills in producing photo and video content, especially for iPhone.

Tech-savvy and comfortable using social media platforms and apps.

Meta Ads experience preferred; SEO knowledge is a plus.

Hospitality, tourism, or hotel industry experience is advantageous.
