The Role: Sales Development Representative (Full-Time, Remote)

As an SDR at Ntara, you’ll play a key role in driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, engaging with high-intent leads, and fostering meaningful client relationships. This is a 100% remote U.S.-based role with occasional travel (up to 30%) for client meetings, workshops, and team gatherings.

What You’ll Do

Strategic Lead Generation & Client Engagement

  • Nurture and follow up on leads using your expertise in technical services and SaaS solutions.

  • Engage in meaningful conversations with prospects to align their needs with Ntara’s solutions.

  • Build and expand a list of potential business contacts through proactive networking and outreach.

Collaboration & Sales Support

  • Work closely with sales and marketing teams to scale lead generation and support project management.

  • Maintain detailed records in CRM systems and provide actionable insights on sales outcomes.

  • Adapt to dynamic team needs and take on responsibilities beyond the standard SDR role.

Relationship Building & Market Impact

  • Develop strategic relationships with prospects and clients to drive successful outcomes.

Skills & Qualifications
