Role Summary
The HRBP will act as a strategic advisor to business leaders, aligning HR initiatives with organizational goals. This role plays a critical part in talent management, employee engagement, organizational development, and post-acquisition integration, especially within a fast-paced healthcare technology environment.
Key Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field

5+ years of HRBP experience (800+ employee organizations)

3+ years of healthcare HR experience

Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices

Experience in organizational change, scaling, or M&A integration

SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification (preferred)
