About the Role
As an Account Executive, you will own the full sales cycle—from prospecting and qualification to negotiation and close. You’ll work closely with colleges, universities, and related institutions, helping them understand the value of analytics, data governance, and AI-enabled decision support.
Your day-to-day responsibilities include:

Managing the full sales cycle, exceeding quarterly and annual revenue goals.

Engaging with multiple stakeholders, from CIOs and provosts to finance executives.

Positioning our analytics solutions in terms of ROI, business value, and mission alignment.

Educating prospects on the emerging value of analytics and AI in higher education.

Partnering with marketing, product, and client success teams to refine messaging and drive adoption.

Leading demos, presentations, and solution workshops tailored to diverse institutional needs.
Who You Are
The ideal candidate has:

3–5+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in higher education, government, or nonprofits.

Proven success selling technology solutions or professional services.

Strong consultative selling skills, able to engage multiple personas and navigate complex sales cycles.

Familiarity with analytics, SaaS platforms, and modern sales tools (CRM, automation, AI-powered assistants).

Excellent storytelling, presentation, and communication skills, including via video conferencing.

Curiosity about AI and emerging technologies, with a forward-thinking mindset.
Nice-to-haves: Experience selling to Academic Leadership, IT, Institutional Research, Finance, or Assessment teams.
