Job Overview: Ticket Seller
This seasonal, part-time position primarily runs January through March, with peak hours during Spring Training for the Mariners and Padres. You’ll also have opportunities to work at other events hosted at the Peoria Sports Complex throughout the year.

Key Responsibilities
As a Ticket Seller, you will:

Process in-person and phone ticket sales for Spring Training games and other events

Assist customers with ticket exchanges, relocations, and third-party ticket issues

Help patrons access tickets through the MLB Ballpark app

Print and verify tickets for phone and internet orders

Prepare daily cash balance reports

Answer incoming calls and provide information on upcoming events

Perform other related duties as assigned
