⚡ About the Role

As a Journeyman Electrician at Raytheon, you’ll be working onsite, first shift (6:00 AM – 2:30 PM), supporting essential electrical infrastructure and maintenance. With limited supervision, your responsibilities will include:

Installing, repairing, and maintaining electrical circuits, feeders, equipment, and security systems.
Performing electrical work per NFPA 70 and Massachusetts amendments.
Supporting machine tool maintenance and electrical infrastructure projects.
Creating stock lists, troubleshooting under supervision of Fire Alarm Engineers, and notifying leadership of major repair needs.
Using specialized tools including multimeters, conduit benders, wire pulling equipment, aerial lifts, and more.
Maintaining a clean, safe work environment while adhering to strict safety rules and company procedures.

This is a union-represented position under a collective bargaining agreement.

To qualify, candidates must bring both technical expertise and discipline. Key requirements include:

Current Massachusetts Journeyman Electrician’s License.
Minimum of 5 years electrical experience.
Ability to work safely with digital voltmeters, power tools, conduit benders, and industrial equipment.
U.S. Citizenship (required for obtaining and maintaining a DoD security clearance).

Clearance Requirement: Candidates must be eligible for a DoD Confidential Security Clearance, ensuring trust and reliability in this sensitive environment.
