Key Responsibilities

As a GRC Analyst at Direct Travel, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Conducting audits of internal information security, compliance, and privacy processes.
Managing the OneTrust GRC reporting portal and tracking resolution of audit findings.
Advising on improvements to security standards, access controls, and compliance procedures.
Staying informed about emerging threats and ensuring the organization’s policies remain robust.
Supporting security and compliance reporting, metrics, and additional governance functions as needed.

Experience in Compliance and Security Audits: Successful completion of PCI Compliance, SSAE18 SOC 2 attestations, and/or ISO 27001 certifications.
Technical and Analytical Skills: Familiarity with ISO 27001, NIST 800-53, NIST 800-171, and NIST CSF frameworks. Ability to develop security strategy and author policies and procedures.
Stakeholder Engagement: Excellent communication skills to convey complex technology concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Personal Integrity & Self-Motivation: A self-disciplined, consultative approach to problem-solving, especially when working remotely.

Additionally, candidates should have a degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field—or equivalent work experience—and unrestricted US work authorization.
