🔪 What You’ll Do as a Beef Modernization Sorter

As part of the harvest floor team, you’ll play a critical role in maintaining JBS’s world-class standards. Your responsibilities include:

Precision Knife Work – Perform straight knife cuts with accuracy and consistency.
Food Safety & Quality – Make key decisions based on anatomy, physiology, and pathology indicators.
Observation & Accuracy – Identify product presentation issues and follow sanitary dressing standards.
Collaboration – Work closely with supervisors, USDA-FSIS inspectors, and fellow team members.
Continuous Learning – Participate in training sessions to stay current with food safety and industry standards.

This is a fast-paced role that requires attention to detail, focus, and teamwork to deliver safe, high-quality beef products.
