Your Role – Food Preparation Associate

As part of the culinary team, you’ll contribute to delivering world-class dining experiences. Your responsibilities will include:

Preparing food items such as soups, salads, sauces, meats, seafood, and vegetables.
Butchering poultry, fish, and shellfish; trimming and cutting meats for cooking.
Measuring, mixing, baking, roasting, steaming, and seasoning food according to recipes.
Monitoring food quality by tasting, smelling, testing, and using thermometers.
Carving meats, plating dishes, and garnishing servings for presentation.
Maintaining proper food handling, sanitation, and safety standards.
Assisting with refrigeration organization, controlling food waste, and prepping for upcoming service periods.
Cleaning and sanitizing workstations, equipment, and storage areas.
Reporting safety hazards or equipment issues to management.

Qualifications You’ll Need

Required:
- At least 1 year of food preparation experience.
- Knife handling skills and knowledge of kitchen safety.
- Ability to follow recipes, instructions, and work well in a team.
Preferred:
- Culinary training or a degree.
- Current Food Handler’s Card (or willingness to obtain within 30 days).
