Job Responsibilities

As a Food Preparation team member, you’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality dining experiences to guests. Your responsibilities will include:

Preparing food items such as soups, salads, sauces, meats, and vegetables following prescribed recipes.
Measuring, mixing, slicing, and cooking ingredients using professional kitchen equipment.
Monitoring food quality by tasting, testing, and ensuring proper cooking temperatures.
Carving meats, plating meals, and garnishing servings for presentation.
Maintaining cleanliness and food safety standards at all times.
Following health, sanitation, and safety guidelines in compliance with state and company regulations.

Qualifications

Required:

At least 6 months of prior food preparation experience.
Basic knowledge of knife handling and kitchen safety.
Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately.
Team-oriented attitude and strong communication skills.

Preferred:

Culinary training or a degree in a related field.
Valid Food Handler’s Card (or ability to obtain within 30 days).
