Role Overview: Hospice Medical Social Worker
As a hospice medical social worker, you will provide essential emotional support to patients and families during end-of-life care. Your responsibilities include psychosocial evaluations, ongoing counseling, and helping patients navigate the complexities of hospice care. Requirements: Master’s degree in social work (MSW) and current state licensure as a social worker

Experience: 2+ years of clinical work experience, preferably in healthcare or hospice
