Role Overview

As a Sr. Pricing Specialist, you will leverage your analytical expertise and business acumen to manage pricing data, optimize strategies, and support business revenue goals. Key responsibilities include:

Develop pricing models incorporating margins based on competitor, market, and customer data.
Utilize PowerBI to build dashboards and visualizations for pricing analysis.
Write Power Query scripts for data processing and analysis.
Conduct market research to assess customer tolerance for price changes and competitive positioning.
Track contracted price increases, typically linked to the US Consumer Price Index (CPI).
Ensure accuracy in pricing data governance, customer/market price lists, and internal reporting tools.
Administer price deviations and exceptions and respond to pricing queries from internal teams.
Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve cost management issues.
Provide ad-hoc pricing analysis and report on KPIs and SLAs for business reviews.

Who Should Apply

The ideal candidate will have:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Mathematics, or equivalent.
5+ years’ experience in sales, marketing, finance, or pricing roles.
Strong analytical, quantitative, and research skills with attention to detail.
Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerBI, Word, and other Microsoft Office applications.
Excellent communication skills for interacting with supervisors, support teams, customers, and vendors.
Experience in data-driven pricing, preferably leveraging PowerBI for insights and reporting.
