As part of the Wiser Experience Team, you’ll help maintain their beautiful London HQ and deliver exceptional experiences for staff, clients, and visitors.

🗓️ Shift & Schedule

Day shifts
Monday to Friday
Between 10–25 hours per week, depending on availability and business needs
Opportunity to pick up extra hours and support evening events

You’ll report directly to Wiser’s Happiness Lead and work entirely on-site.

🔧 What You’ll Be Doing

This is a hands-on, people-focused role covering all aspects of office experience and support, including:

Setting up HQ each morning and preparing daily breakfasts and weekly fresh juices
Resetting the office in the afternoon to prepare for the next day
Keeping the office organised with daily checklists (from cables to post runs and repairs)
Stocking kitchens, managing food orders, and preparing snack platters for meetings
Coordinating healthy snacks, fruit stations, and wellness treats throughout the day
Greeting clients, candidates, and visitors as the first friendly face they see
Supporting internal and external events, from guest lists to catering and refreshments
Assisting with legendary Wiser events such as awards, summer parties, and off-site summits
Responding quickly to staff requests, including meeting catering and client gifts

Whatever your shift, your focus will be on efficiency, organisation, and creating memorable experiences.
