👔 About the Role

As Restaurant Manager – Terrace Restaurant, you’ll lead the food and beverage operation across the restaurant, bar, and country club, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and smooth daily operations.

This role suits a dynamic leader with excellent attention to detail, strong hosting ability, and solid business awareness to drive performance and profitability.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

In addition to Duty Management, you will be responsible for:

Ensuring the smooth running of Samuel’s and Terrace Restaurant operations
Training, coaching, and developing team members
Maintaining and improving operating standards
Preparing weekly rotas
Managing weekly and monthly payroll and costs
Controlling bar stock levels, inventory, ordering, and supplies
Implementing cost-saving and profit-enhancing measures
Monitoring performance and continuously improving service quality

You’ll play a central role in shaping guest experiences while building a motivated, high-performing team.
