We’re seeking a Medical Device Sales Representative to provide clinical demonstrations, educate healthcare professionals, and drive adoption of Stryker’s cutting-edge medical devices. About the Role
As a Medical Device Sales Representative, you will work directly with physicians, administration, and other stakeholders to showcase the clinical and financial benefits of Stryker’s products. This is a commission-based role with opportunities for performance bonuses and full benefits.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide clinical demonstrations and formal educational presentations to physicians, administrators, and healthcare staff.

Introduce and promote Stryker products within healthcare facilities to increase adoption and usage.

Evaluate new products and provide feedback to Product Development and Marketing teams.

Collect and disseminate customer feedback to improve product solutions.

Represent Stryker at trade shows and educational meetings while maintaining detailed reports.

Support users with product education through in-person, written, or verbal communication.

Stay current on market developments, product knowledge, and clinical innovations.
Who You Are
The ideal candidate has:

4+ years of medical device sales experience or a BS degree in a related field with 6+ years of technical sales experience.

Expertise in scientific/medical equipment technical sales and delivering impactful presentations.

Excellent command of English, both verbal and written, with strong interpersonal and analytical skills.

Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and presentation tools.

Ability to work independently while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.

Clinical knowledge or experience in endovascular or OR spaces is a plus.
