About the Role

As Operations Manager, you will be a trusted execution partner to the Chief Creative Officer (CCO) and functional team leads, responsible for ensuring product initiatives are well-structured and launches happen smoothly. This is not a task-only role; it requires strategic judgment, stakeholder management, and proactive decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead cross-functional product launch initiatives from planning through execution.
Align priorities, sequencing, and trade-offs with the CCO and functional leads.
Own launch readiness and execution quality across the full product lifecycle.
Identify and implement process improvements to strengthen execution over time.
Maintain project plans, dependencies, and timelines across teams.
Drive regular check-ins to surface risks, resolve blockers, and ensure accountability.
Keep project management systems like ClickUp, Airtable, and Box up to date as sources of truth.
Provide clear updates to leadership on status, risks, and next steps.

Who You Are

The ideal candidate has:

3+ years of experience in project management, operations, or program management.
Comfort collaborating across all levels, including direct interaction with executives.
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency with modern project and documentation tools.
Ability to work effectively in ambiguous situations and drive results independently.
Calm, adaptable, and execution-focused mindset in fast-paced environments.
