Job Overview
As a Customer Support Associate, you will be the first point of contact for M7 Health users, including nurses and hospital administrators. Your role will be essential in ensuring a smooth, supportive, and positive customer experience during standard business hours.
Job Type: Full-Time (Hourly)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM EST
Location: Must be based in the U.S. or Canada
Key Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries via calls, emails, and text messages

Troubleshoot platform issues and escalate technical problems when necessary

Communicate clearly and empathetically with stressed or time-sensitive users

Accurately log customer interactions for quality and process improvement

Collaborate with the Customer Operations team to share feedback and urgent issues
