Role Overview
The Implementation Coordinator supports Local Infusion’s rapid expansion by helping open new treatment centers across multiple states. Working remotely with regular travel (2–3 days per week for most of the month), this position partners closely with the Director of Implementation to ensure each new clinic opens smoothly, on time, and within budget.
Candidates should live near a major international airport (preferably in the Eastern Time zone) and be comfortable with frequent travel.
Key Responsibilities

Coordinate new center openings from planning through completion

Track project timelines, milestones, dependencies, and blockers

Ensure alignment across departments on deliverables and deadlines

Partner with local market teams to prepare facilities, inventory, and equipment

Manage vendor and contractor relationships

Support patient-centered launch goals with clear timelines

Help maintain budgetary requirements while driving efficient execution
Required Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communication, Project Coordination, or related field (or equivalent experience)

2–5 years of project management experience preferred

Strong project coordination and organizational skills

Experience with vendor relationship management

Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities

Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail

Ability to manage multiple priorities and timelines

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel, Adobe, and similar tools

Ability to lift 25+ lbs and remain mobile during center setup (standing 5–6 hours)
