Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

Provide product knowledge support to internal teams
Assist with new product launches, including ERP/CRM setup and internal training

Support product lifecycle management and supply chain efficiency
Act as the primary contact for Inside Sales and Customer Service
Help communicate and execute product line strategy
Conduct win/loss analysis and review financial performance
Monitor competitive products, pricing, and market trends
Support trade shows and company events

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or related field (MBA preferred)
1+ year of market-related experience, ideally in data center or infrastructure products
Strong project management and organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Ability to translate technical concepts into clear content
Experience with Microsoft Office and productivity tools
Willingness to learn ERP systems such as SAP
Comfortable working in a cross-functional team environment
Ability to travel up to 25%
