Everyday Dose is looking for a TikTok Shop Manager to own the backend operations, performance, and growth of our TikTok Shop. About the Role

As TikTok Shop Manager, you’ll ensure that the TikTok Shop is not only live, but optimized, reliable, and scalable. You will act as the connective tissue across teams, from operations and supply chain to finance, customer experience, and creative teams.

Key Responsibilities:

TikTok Shop Operations

Manage the day-to-day backend of TikTok Shop.
Ensure product listings, pricing, bundles, promos, and discounts are accurate and optimized.
Oversee catalog setup, compliance, and platform requirements.
Troubleshoot issues quickly, including payouts, errors, or account flags.

Cross-Functional Coordination

Partner with Ops and Supply Chain to align inventory, fulfillment, and forecasts.
Collaborate with Customer Experience to ensure smooth post-purchase processes.
Work with Creative and Live teams to support conversion-focused shop setups.
Align with Finance on payouts, fees, and reporting.

Performance & Scaling

Monitor TikTok Shop KPIs such as GMV, conversion rate, AOV, refunds, and cancellations.
Identify bottlenecks and opportunities to improve performance.
Build scalable processes to accommodate growth.
Stay updated on TikTok Shop features, compliance, and best practices.

Creator & Affiliate Enablement

Support affiliate setup, tracking, and compliance.
Ensure links, commissions, and promotions are configured correctly.
Help creators sell effectively by removing friction in the backend processes.

Who You Are

The ideal candidate has:

Experience managing TikTok Shop, marketplaces, or social commerce platforms.
Strong operational and systems mindset with a detail-oriented approach.
Comfort collaborating cross-functionally with multiple teams.
Data-driven and performance-focused, able to spot issues before they escalate.
Ability to thrive in fast-changing platform environments.

Bonus Points:

Prior experience scaling TikTok Shop for a DTC or CPG brand.
Familiarity with fulfillment, logistics, and inventory systems.
Experience with creator or affiliate commerce.
