Job Overview

As a Barista at Gregorys Coffee, your primary role is to provide exceptional customer service while preparing specialty coffee beverages and baked goods. The position offers an hourly wage of $16.50 and comes with several perks and benefits:

Key Responsibilities

As a Barista at Gregorys Coffee, you will:

Create a warm and inclusive environment for customers and team members
Prepare specialty coffee and espresso beverages, including latte art (training provided!)
Bake fresh pastries daily, including muffins, scones, and cookies
Maintain food safety and cleanliness standards
Embrace learning and adapt to new tasks and processes
Stand, walk, reach, kneel, climb stairs, and occasionally lift or move up to 30 lbs

Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

Customer service experience (preferred, but training provided)
Willingness to learn new skills, including specialty coffee preparation
Ability to work in a team-oriented, inclusive environment
Physical capability to stand, walk, lift, and move items as required
Completion of all training materials to deliver excellent service and product knowledge
