Key Responsibilities

As a Photo & Customer Service Associate at Walgreens, your main duties include:

Customer Experience

Operations & Retail Duties

Operate the cash register, handling purchases, refunds, returns, rain checks, and exchanges
Maintain clean, organized, and well-merchandised counters and shelves
Implement asset protection procedures to minimize loss
Comply with state and local laws regarding regulated products
Construct and maintain seasonal and promotional displays
Monitor web pick-up orders and assist customers with online orders
Help with interior and exterior store maintenance to ensure a clean and safe environment

Training & Development

Attend training sessions and complete PPLs as assigned by the manager or corporate office
Develop skills in customer service, retail operations, and photo services

Skills and Qualifications

Basic Requirements

Fluent in English (reading, writing, and speaking)
Willingness to work evenings and weekends
Age 16+ (or as legally required in your area)

Preferred Qualifications

Six months of retail experience is preferred
Prior experience working at Walgreens is a plus
