Job Overview

The Spa Attendant position is part-time and requires flexibility to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

As a Spa Attendant, you will:

Set up and maintain the spa including locker rooms, workout areas, tennis and games rooms, and refreshments
Interact with guests professionally, accommodating special requests and resolving complaints
Assist guests to appointments and introduce them to spa service practitioners
Maintain cleanliness and stock in all spa areas, ensuring a premium guest experience
Provide assistance with fitness equipment and locker room use

Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:

6 months of hospitality or fitness/health club experience
1–2 years of experience in housekeeping or spa services (preferred)
Authorization to work in the United States
Strong customer service skills, professionalism, and a positive attitude

The role requires attention to detail, physical ability to perform cleaning/setup tasks, and excellent communication skills.
