We are looking for a Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to join our growing team. This role is perfect for someone who loves technical problem-solving, system optimization, and continuous learning. You’ll work alongside customers and colleagues to architect reliable solutions, monitor system performance, and enhance application infrastructure.

What You’ll Do

As a Site Reliability Engineer at Adela, you will:

Monitor all customer-facing applications and infrastructure to ensure optimal performance.
Troubleshoot and resolve support escalations, identifying opportunities to improve system reliability.
Document processes using agile methodologies and adopt new technologies quickly.
Quantify system failures and availabilities using SLIs, SLOs, and SLAs.
Embrace risk and learn from failures, performing post-mortem analyses to drive improvement.
Implement gradual changes such as canary deployments to minimize downtime.
Occasionally travel (<10%) for team or client engagements.
Pursue industry certifications (AWS Cloud Practitioner, VMware Pre-Sales Engineer, etc.) within 6 months of hire.

What We’re Looking For

2+ years of SRE experience or equivalent technical background.
College-level degree or higher preferred, or relevant work experience.
Technical skills in scripting and automation: Terraform, Ansible, Python, CloudFormation, etc.
Agile mindset with self-driven motivation to grow quickly.
Curious, inquisitive, and adaptable to fast-paced environments.
