Lead Digital Growth as a Digital Marketing & E-Commerce Manager

This is not just a managerial role—it’s a builder role. As the brand’s first dedicated digital hire, you will have the autonomy to create, test, and scale digital strategies that directly impact revenue, visibility, and how customers experience the brand online.

What You’ll Do

DTC Website (Shopify)

Lead digital strategy, optimize site performance, and manage promotions.
Drive sales conversion and improve the overall customer experience.

Paid Media & PPC Campaigns

Own PPC campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and Pinterest.
Accelerate customer acquisition through targeted and optimized paid campaigns.

Social Media & Community Engagement

Build engagement through content calendars, influencer partnerships, and active community interaction.
Shape brand voice and connect with followers across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.

Marketplace Expansion

Launch and grow marketplace platforms, overseeing product uploads, content, and dropship operations.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with sales and design teams to align digital efforts with brand goals.
Contribute to product launches, promotions, and campaign strategies.

What We’re Looking For

Passion for consumer brands and apparel with a growth mindset and entrepreneurial drive.
Hands-on experience with Shopify management and social media strategy.
Proven track record managing paid campaigns (Meta and Google Ads required).
Experience with marketplace platforms and dropship models.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and creative problem-solving.
Photography and editing skills are a plus.
