Key Responsibilities

As a Designer II, you will:

Product Strategy: Take ownership of project strategy, frame design problems, and ensure solutions align with business and user needs.
User Research: Conduct and synthesize research to inform actionable design decisions, incorporating industry trends.
Visioning: Translate product vision into actionable concepts, creating prototypes to explore new opportunities.
Visual Design & Craft: Experiment with visual variations, iterate based on feedback, and maintain high-quality, polished designs.
Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to validate ideas, iterate designs, and enhance usability and business impact.

What We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate has:

3+ years of experience in Product Design, UX/UI Design, or related fields.
A strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in product strategy, user research, and visual design.
Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or similar design tools.
Experience conducting user research and applying findings to design solutions.
Understanding of design systems and the ability to create scalable, consistent UI components.
Excellent communication skills and ability to present design rationale effectively.
Experience working in an agile, cross-functional team environment.
