This position supports accounting and finance operations by managing invoices, customer portals, and interdepartmental coordination.
💼 Key Responsibilities
As an Accounting – Invoicing Specialist, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Entering and uploading invoices into customer portals such as Ariba, Textura, and Coupa
Managing a shared email inbox and responding to customer invoice requests
Routing inquiries to appropriate internal departments
Assisting Credit Analysts with new account setup and documentation
Supporting Accounting, Credit & Collections, and Customer Service teams
Handling inquiries related to customer portals, intercompany accounts, cash receipts, and audits
Performing additional administrative and accounting support tasks as required
This role is well-suited for professionals who can handle multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.

To be successful in this role, candidates should have:
Strong computer skills with Microsoft Office proficiency
