  • Perform routine non-emergency tasks, including recordkeeping, timecards, and facility upkeep.

  • Function as a reliable, team-oriented firefighter and EMT during both emergency and non-emergency situations.

  • Apply modern fire suppression tactics, methods, and procedures effectively in training and real-life scenarios.

  • Maintain a professional demeanor and project a positive image while representing the company and client.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older.

  • High school diploma or GED required.

  • Valid Driver’s License.

  • EMT-B certification (County, State, or National).

  • AHA CPR/AED credentials.

  • Physical Agility Fitness Test (initial hire and annually).

  • Firefighter 1 certification (State, IFSAC, or PROBOARD).

  • Hazardous Materials Operations certification (State, IFSAC, or PROBOARD).
