Key Responsibilities

Respond promptly and effectively to fire alarms and emergency calls, protecting life and property.

Drive, operate, and maintain fire apparatus and emergency equipment.

Administer first aid and emergency medical care at your level of training.

Remain calm and poised under pressure, analyzing situations quickly and applying the correct response.

Assist in maintaining fire and rescue apparatus, tools, and equipment in safe, operational condition.

Perform routine non-emergency tasks, including recordkeeping, timecards, and facility upkeep.

Function as a reliable, team-oriented firefighter and EMT during both emergency and non-emergency situations.

Apply modern fire suppression tactics, methods, and procedures effectively in training and real-life scenarios.

Maintain a professional demeanor and project a positive image while representing the company and client.
Minimum Qualifications

Must be 18 years or older.

High school diploma or GED required.

Valid Driver’s License.

EMT-B certification (County, State, or National).

AHA CPR/AED credentials.

Physical Agility Fitness Test (initial hire and annually).

Firefighter 1 certification (State, IFSAC, or PROBOARD).

Hazardous Materials Operations certification (State, IFSAC, or PROBOARD).
