Key Responsibilities
As a Retail Associate at HomeGoods, you will:

Engage and interact with customers to deliver a highly satisfied shopping experience

Role model customer service best practices

Accurately ring purchases and returns, including counting change

Promote credit and customer loyalty programs

Maintain merchandising standards and follow store procedures
