Key Responsibilities

As a Retail Associate at HomeGoods, you will:

Engage and interact with customers to deliver a highly satisfied shopping experience
Role model customer service best practices
Accurately ring purchases and returns, including counting change
Promote credit and customer loyalty programs
Maintain merchandising standards and follow store procedures
Process and prepare merchandise for the sales floor
Participate in store recovery and daily organization
Maintain cleanliness throughout the entire store
Support shrink reduction and loss prevention efforts
Follow all safety guidelines and labor policies
Work across multiple departments as needed
Accept feedback and contribute to a positive store culture
