This role supports Tesla’s Workplace organization by maintaining Teamwear operations, inventory, and distribution across the site.

About the Role

The Teamwear Associate works both independently and collaboratively to ensure employees have access to clean, well-organized Teamwear and operational support. You will respond to urgent requests, manage inventory, and help maintain a professional environment that supports Tesla’s fast-paced operations.

This position requires physical activity, adaptability, and a strong commitment to safety and service excellence.

Key Responsibilities

As a Teamwear Associate, you will:

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe Teamwear workspace and storage areas
Manage Teamwear inventory, par levels, ordering, and fulfillment
Receive shipments from docks and transport materials across the site safely
Accurately track inventory, transactions, and daily operational activities
Communicate with management to support operational efficiency and continuous improvement
Support employee recognition events and Teamwear distributions
Perform additional workplace and operational duties as assigned

Required Skills & Qualifications

What You’ll Bring

Experience in Teamwear, customer service, manufacturing, or a similar environment
Strong organizational, communication, and task prioritization skills
Proficiency in data entry, Microsoft Office, and modern workplace technology
Ability to work independently and troubleshoot in a fast-paced setting
High attention to detail and commitment to customer service

Physical & Technical Abilities

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive physical tasks
Comfortable standing for long periods and climbing stairs
Able to work indoors and outdoors while wearing required PPE
Capable of operating mobile equipment such as flatbed vehicles and electric pallet jacks
Strong adherence to safety protocols and site guidelines

Pay & Total Compensation

Hourly Pay: $20.20 – $30.30
Additional Compensation: Cash and stock awards
Pay may vary based on location, skills, and experience
