Your Role & Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Associate II, you will be cross-trained and play a vital role in store operations. Your responsibilities will include:

Receiving merchandise, unloading trucks, and processing freight safely
Merchandising and stocking products as needed
Maintaining store cleanliness, including floors, restrooms, and common areas
Creating a positive, safe, and respectful environment for customers and team members
Operating the cash register and handling sales transactions accurately
Maintaining cash security and protecting company assets
Providing friendly, professional customer service at all times
Assisting with additional store duties as assigned

Required Skills & Qualifications
