🔧 Job Summary
The role of Robotic Welding Operator focuses on problem-solving, fine-tuning, and improving welding processes. You’ll adopt a group of welding cells, optimize robotic MIG-welding performance, and ensure every part meets Multimatic’s high-quality standards.
📋 Key Responsibilities

Teach robotic weld points for optimum MIG weld robustness.

Adjust weld fixtures to improve final product dimensions.

Develop preventive maintenance procedures for weld fixtures and guns.

Research and improve welding consumables to enhance cycle time and process uptime.

Document and improve welding parameters for consistency.

Maintain shim adjustment logs for assigned areas.

Provide feedback on equipment and process evaluations.

Ensure incoming part quality aligns with dimensional robustness.
🎓 Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in a technical field preferred.

3–5 years of welding experience (MIG welding strongly preferred).

Strong mechanical knowledge and problem-solving skills.
