What You’ll Be Doing

As a Meat Processing Specialist, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring that every cut meets customer expectations and food safety standards. Your key responsibilities include:

🔪 Processing & Cutting:

Prepare and pack high-quality cuts of meat according to customer specifications
Use knives and specialized equipment to trim, portion, and customize meat products

⚙️ Operating Equipment:

Safely operate meat processing machines including CryoVac, MultiVacs, Dicers, Needle, Slicer, Portion Cutters, and Scales

📦 Packing & Labeling:

Count, stack, and label portions per company and customer requirements
Set up packing and labeling areas for smooth workflow

🧹 Workplace Hygiene:

Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the cutting room and packing area
Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) at all times

❄️ Refrigerated Environment:

Work in controlled cold storage conditions (-18 °C to 10 °C)
