What You’ll Be Doing

As part of the landscaping team, your daily responsibilities will include:

💧 Routine landscape maintenance – watering, weeding, pruning, trimming, and soil aeration
🌳 Caring for trees, shrubs, turf, and flowerbeds in assigned areas
🌿 Applying fertilizers and pesticides safely (when required)
🛠️ Operating and maintaining tools and motorized equipment
🧹 Clearing horticultural waste and ensuring the worksite remains clean and tidy
✅ Following Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) guidelines to ensure a safe working environment
🤝 Supporting supervisors and performing related duties as needed

Who We’re Looking For

You don’t need years of experience to start — what matters most is your attitude and willingness to learn. Here’s what will make you a great fit:

✔️ Physically fit and able to work outdoors in different weather conditions
✔️ Minimum Primary or Secondary (‘O’ Level) education
✔️ Prior landscaping/gardening experience is helpful but not required
✔️ Positive attitude, reliable, and eager to learn
✔️ WSQ Level 1 certification in Landscape Operations is preferred (but training will be provided if you don’t have it)
