💼 Key Responsibilities

As a Restaurant General Manager, you’ll:

Oversee daily restaurant operations with full accountability for P&L
Inspire and manage Assistant Managers, Shift Leaders, and Crew Members
Deliver proactive guest service and resolve issues promptly
Lead local marketing and community engagement initiatives
Manage labor effectively through scheduling and staffing
Enforce compliance with regulations and Burger King corporate policies
Provide coaching, feedback, and recognition to develop your team
Step into other roles (Assistant Manager or Shift Supervisor) when needed

Requirements include:

High school diploma or GED (college experience a plus)
1–2 years of quick service restaurant experience, with management preferred
Previous supervisory experience required
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Solid understanding of profit and loss analysis
Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
Comfortable standing for long periods and lifting 25–50 lbs
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams)

Salary: $49,000 – $55,000 annually
