Role Overview

As a Warehouse Supervisor, you’ll manage the day-to-day fulfillment and logistics operations, ensuring timely order processing, accurate inventory control, and efficient distribution. You’ll lead a motivated warehouse team while collaborating with cross-functional departments to streamline operations and enhance customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee eCommerce logistics operations: order processing, fulfillment, distribution, and transportation.
Supervise inventory control, reconciliation, and cycle counts.
Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure on-time deliveries.
Lead and train warehouse staff to maximize performance and safety.
Handle order fulfillment issues and improve logistics processes.
Analyze and report on key metrics like on-time delivery and cost efficiency.
Ensure compliance with warehouse safety and security practices.

What You Bring

The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with strong warehouse management expertise, bilingual abilities, and a passion for logistics excellence.

Qualifications include:

High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Bilingual in Chinese and English (Required).
Minimum 2 years of warehouse management experience in logistics.
At least 1 year of fulfillment experience (Amazon small parcel export experience a plus).
Knowledge of ShipOut system strongly preferred.
Strong problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, global logistics environment.
