🌟 What You’ll Do

As a Crew Member, you’ll play a key role in creating a welcoming environment and keeping operations running smoothly. From serving guests to keeping the restaurant spotless, your work will directly impact customer satisfaction.

Your Responsibilities Include:

Greeting guests promptly and courteously
Answering phone calls and handling take-out/call-in orders
Learning the menu, ingredients, and promotions to assist guests
Using the POS system to ring up orders quickly and accurately
Preparing drinks and helping with food prep (sauces, salad dressings, etc.)
Restocking essentials like cutlery and condiments
Performing opening, closing, and cleaning duties (sweeping, mopping, sanitizing, trash removal)
Maintaining a clean and safe environment, including restrooms
Communicating positively with team members, management, and guests
