💼 Position: Waiter / Waitress – Big Bay Café (侍應生)

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure smooth operations in the assigned section and restaurant.
Deliver high-quality service according to restaurant standards.
Recommend dishes, take guest orders, and serve food and beverages.
Collect feedback to ensure guests enjoy a memorable dining experience.

🎓 Requirements

We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who are passionate about guest service:

Excellent guest interaction and communication skills
Strong team spirit and customer-oriented mindset
Formal training in Hospitality Management is an advantage
Relevant work experience preferred, but not required
