💼 Position: Service Delivery Manager

The Service Delivery Manager plays a key role in ensuring seamless deployment of Edenred’s SaaS platform for both new and existing clients. From client onboarding to non-standard implementations, you will serve as the primary point of contact, managing timelines, risks, and stakeholder expectations.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end client onboarding and deployment processes.
Manage non-standard implementations and advanced platform configurations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Compliance, Customer Success).
Develop and maintain project playbooks to standardize best practices.
Conduct platform setup, customization, data migration, and UAT testing.
Drive client training, enablement, and knowledge sharing.
Proactively handle risks, blockers, and compliance requirements.

✅ Required Skills & Experience

5+ years in SaaS implementation, project management, or professional services (preferably in fintech or financial services).
Proficiency in Waterfall & Scrum methodologies.
Strong knowledge of financial workflows, compliance, and data security.
Experience managing multiple concurrent projects.
Skilled in Jira, Asana, Smartsheet, Salesforce, and MS Office Suite.
Excellent time management, organizational, and communication skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, IT, or related field (Certified Scrum Master preferred).
