As a Graphic Designer, you’ll focus on producing static, on-brand assets that support global recruitment campaigns. The role emphasizes speed, technical accuracy, and consistency, while still encouraging creativity within brand guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop marketing assets using established templates & design systems
Adapt visuals for global audiences while maintaining brand consistency
Support campaign execution with high-quality static graphics
Collaborate with senior designers and global teams
Stay up to date with design trends and innovation
Maintain organized asset files and proper documentation

✅ Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Marketing, or related field
2+ years of experience in brand/visual design
Strong portfolio showcasing design fundamentals & brand work
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
Solid grasp of typography, layout, and visual hierarchy
Ability to balance speed, accuracy, and collaboration

🌎 Work Environment

On-site role (Seattle, WA) — must be able to commute daily
Standard office setting with prolonged desk/computer work
No travel required
