Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
Certifications:
- Active Certified Residential Medication Aide (CRMA)
- Personal Support Specialist (PSS)
- Mental Health Rehabilitation Technician 1 (MHRT 1) – can be obtained within one year of employment
Experience: Prior experience in a residential care setting is preferred.
Other Requirements: Valid driver’s license preferred.
