📌 Role Overview

This role will be pivotal in ensuring accurate and timely month-end close processes, financial reporting, and compliance with accounting standards. As a leader within the accounting team, you’ll also collaborate with Finance and Operations, guide staff accountants, and contribute to process improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead accounting processes across P&L and Balance Sheets
Perform and review month-end close journal entries and control activities
Reconcile assigned balance sheet and bank accounts
Prepare and analyze financial statements for reporting accuracy
Collaborate with Finance and Operations during month-end close
Lead special projects and process improvement initiatives
Extract and interpret financial data to support business decisions

🎓 Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (required)
5+ years of full-cycle accounting experience (leadership experience preferred)
Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX Finance or Microsoft D365 F&O preferred
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and time management abilities
Ability to lead people and processes, including performance feedback
